Recipe #1 - Peach and Blueberry Smoothie
Ingredients:

Frozen Peaches - 1 Cup

Frozen Blueberries - 1/2 Cup

One Banana - Frozen Banana makes the smoothie thicker

1 Cup Almond Milk
-
1 Cup Orange Juice
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together in a blender. I prefer using the puree button on my Ninja Blender. Use of Frozen Bananas makes the smoothie thicker. I also include a packet of Vanilla Shakology to add more nutritional value. This is not necessary but it keeps me from getting hungry until lunchtime.
Recipe #2 - Spinach Pasta with Shrimp
Ingrediants:

One Box of Green Spahgettit (I used spinach based)

One Bag of frozen Jumbo Shrimp
-
One Red Pepper (Diced)
-
One Green Pepper (Diced)
-
Half Onion (Diced)
-
Garlic Clove (Optional)

Olive Oil

Directions:
Prep: Dice the veggies and defrost the shrimp.
In a Medium Pot, cook the pasta in boiling water. While waiting the 10 minutes for the pasta to cook, use a frying pan to cook the shrimp and veggies together using olive oil. Add any spices desired. I prefer garlic powder, onion powder, pepper and salt, as well as parsley. Be sure to drain the water from the pasta completely, then combine both the shrimp/veggies and the pasta. Add a small bit of olive oil and mix together. Enjoy!
Recipe #3 - Veggie Pasta Bake - Dairy Free
Ingredients:
Veggie based Pasta - Any Kind - 2 Boxes
Pasta Sauce - 2 Cans
Pre-sliced Peperoni - 2 Bags
Mushrooms
Onions
Peppers
Seasonings
Daya Dairy-Free Shredded Mozerella Cheese - 2 Bags
Directions:
Prep: Preheat oven to 350. Bring water to boil and pour in the pasta. Cut Veggies up. Put the sauce and veggies in a pan to heat up (SiMMER)
Mix Pasta and Sauce w/ Veggies in an oven-ready dish. Layer with shredded cheese and pepperoni within layers of the pasta and sauce. Cook in the oven for 20 mins. Check periodically.
Recipe #4 - Honey BBQ Chicken and Avocado Salad
Ingredients:

Lettuce (any mixture thereof)

Tyson's BBQ Honey Chicken Strips (Or any other type of Chicken)

Onions
-
Green Bell Peppers
-
Bacon Bits
-
Avocado
-
Honey Mustard Vinaigrette

OPTIONAL: Shredded Cheese
Directions:
Prep: Preheat oven to 400 for the chicken listed above. Follow directions on back of bag. Cut up lettuce, onions, peppers, and avocado and put into a bowl. Add Bacon Bits and Cheese if desired. Once chicken is cooked add to the Salad. Add Dressing.
