Hehehehehehe
Catchy title right? Good now pay attention. I found this really good website that helps you identify what parts of your body you cant to exercise. AND THEN this website gives you workouts for that specific list of muscles and parts. I have used it a couple time.
I also utilize DVDs at my gym. They add a variety to what I do. Its never boring! I don't have one singular DVD that I use - I find that having many to choose from helps keep me interested.
I am going to start one focused around Kickboxing next week - and I am excited about that.
